One thing I like about this industry is the success stories that I often encounter on the job as a journalist and communicator. Forced into hiding after participating in the June 16, 1976 student uprising in Soweto, Muntu's life spiraled downward into crime and despair. He is separated from the love of his life, becomes a fugitive, and struggles to survive apartheid.

I am so ecstatic to try out something new this week and I just got notification about Vida E Caffe's some great new drinks on their menu, called Vida Frios.
It comes in 3 new flavours Mango, Chocolate and Strawberry and from what I hear, it's quite delicious.
A few friends of mine have tried it out and it's quite refreshing and a lovely alternative to just having lattes, cappucino's or even my much preferred hot chocolate or Chocalte Quente - as I would order this almost every time I visit a Vida E Caffe branch.
Let me know what you think of this new selection of drinks - I am keen to try it out myself!
